Recently I had the pleasure of touring The Ivy at Riverfront along the Miami River. I was pleasantly surprised by the views offered from the building. Before my tour I expected the area to be congested with too many buildings which would all block each other’s views but blockage was minimal when you are actually in the units. The lobby and common areas turned out well and the kitchens turned out better than many other developments. Here are the photos of The Ivy:
The Ivy was developed by Key International and along with it’s sister project Mint (which is under-construction) and Neo, LLC’s Wind Condominium it is situated in the 13.5 acre private riverfront enclave. This 13.5 acre urban oasis of lush gardens and tropical sanctuaries in the heart of downtown rests on 900 linear feet of the Miami River.
If you are interested in buying or leasing a unit at The Ivy please review the inventory here: Ivy Condo Sales and Ivy Condo Rentals. We also have more inventory which we can not display online so call us.

I moved into the Ivy 3 weeks ago and it has been a mess. I had no hot water for almost 2 weeks. It was impossible to get in touch with maintenance or the developer. When I did maintenance was very rude and could not fix the problem until they finally had an electrician look at it. The kitchen sink was also leaking water and the water connected to the refrigerator was leaking as well and has yet to be fixed. So I had to disconnect the hose from the frig and cannot use it. This place is a lot of money and very poor service. These are things that should have been checked prior to sale.

Rachel, I feel your pain! I moved in three weeks ago and it has been hell. Water lines make loud noises at all times. We have to keep screaming at people on the phone so that they can finish everything that was promised to be finished before our move in date and was not. They schedule appointments and never show up. It has been three weeks and we still have construction people walking through our place, sometimes with out notice and or supervision, just the contractor with a key to my place and all my belongings inside. Toilets not working, electrical outlets not capped, cracked glass doors that don’t even lock. Carpets are stained in the hallways and in the elevators smell like dog urine. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This is the worst place I have ever lived in.

Building and community is still under construction, NONE of the amenities offered in all the Realty Websites have been even Built. No Tennis Courts, No ChildCare, no Gardens, nothing has been finished. Inspections are still going on and YES, they WILL come in your apartment almost every day without notice. Last week, Three times constructors came in for the same “Inspection” of the Balcony railings. Package already lost at receiving.
I am sure the building and the area WILL be nice once finished, but right now it’s still a mess. Lunch trucks are parked everymorning at the main entrance to provide food for the construction workers at the being-built MINT building. This is a very unpleasant sight and makes you feel like you are in the most getto place of Miami.
Valet Parking is free but a mess. Unexperienced company only has ONE runner for the whole building and the RAMP looks like a parking lot full of cars.
Soccer field turned into a Dog Park, elevators stink to Dog urine and humidity. Club House fees are ridiculous and the tenants communications with management is horrible.
