Over the past few months, I have had the opportunity to view multiple units in 900 Biscayne Bay Condominium up close and personal. I’m proud to present the photos from those multiple visits. I’ve been very excited about this development from the very first minute I walked through the door. This building is very special and I’m sure many buyers which have been waiting for this building to open will agree. The developer - Terra Group recently opened Quantum on the Bay and has been very successful with that development. In my experience Terra Group has delivered a great value to buyers of both Quantum and 900 Biscayne Bay. Well the wait is over. Here they are:
Closings have begun and if Quantum was in any way a preview to where the pricing will settle, I would suggest to prepare yourself to make a deal prior to closings. This will be the best opportunity to secure great units at pricing from over 3 years ago.
