<p>ICON Brickell - WOW! Recently I toured <a href="http://www.miamicondorealty.com/icon-brickell/">ICON Brickell</a> and I was blown away. I did have to admit I was skeptical before I took this tour. I felt that the large scale of this development (almost 1800 units) would have a major impact on the views from each unit. I had also seen some photos on other blogs and websites and the photos didn&#8217;t do this development justice. You must see this building to believe it. It is massive. Everything in this building was imagined to be larger than life.<br />

<p>Recently I had the pleasure of touring <a href="http://www.miamicondorealty.com/ivy-miami-condo/">The Ivy at Riverfront</a> along the Miami River. I was pleasantly surprised by the views offered from the building. Before my tour I expected the area to be congested with too many buildings which would all block each other&#8217;s views but blockage was minimal when you are actually in the units. The lobby and common areas turned out well and the kitchens turned out better than many other developments. In my experience Terra Group has delivered a great value to buyers of both Quantum and 900 Biscayne Bay. Well the wait is over. Here they are:</p>

<p>Yesterday I had the opportunity to revisit <a href="http://www.miamicondorealty.com/marina-blue-condo">Marina Blue</a> with a client interested in a 2 bedroom. We were able to tour many different floorplans on one of the highest floors. Since the last time I visited - <a href="http://www.miamicondorealty.com/news/marina-blue-condo-tour">Photos from last time</a> - many improvements had been made to the building. The lobby now looks almost complete. The conciege desk is complete and they are almost done with the zebra-wood paneling. I absolutely love this lobby and the way it interacts with Biscayne Blvd. The lobby feels a bit cold but is grand at the same time. They did a great job mixing materials (something I love), concrete, wood, exotic stone and lighting really make this space incredible.  In all we toured the amenities deck, the 01, 08, 09 and 12 lines. We also visited a few of the special floorplans on the higher floors which are a combination of a few standard floorplans. I expect <a href="http://www.miamicondorealty.com/marina-blue-condo">Marina Blue</a> to definitely be a popular building for many years to come.</p>
