One Brickell is a proposed three-tower condominium development by the Related Group to be located at 444 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida 33131. Plans have been presented to the city for review and local sources state the following: Tower I to consist of 77 Stories, Tower II to consist of 57 Stories and Tower III to consist of 80-82 Stories. One Brickell is expected to consist of 1,400 residential units, 249 hotel units, 41,272 square feet office space, 24,263 square feet retail space and 1,993 parking spaces.
While the project is going through planning and eventually units will be available for sale don’t expect the prices be cheap. Related Group purchased the land at 444 Brickell Avenue where the 3 towers will rise in December of 2013 for $104 Million.
