About Samir Patel and Miami Condo Realty

Hello, my name is Samir Patel and I am the Licensed Real Estate Broker behind Miami Condo Realty, Inc. and this website. In 2005 I started out in the real estate sales business after much persuasion by my family. I began my career in real estate brokerage with South Florida’s largest real estate company Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell. Soon after I joined World Real Estate Exchange and Douglas Elliman Florida. Throughout my journey with these companies I realized that there was a much better way to do business and that was through the Internet. So in 2007 I decided to venture out on my own and form Miami Condo Realty, Inc.

Since the launch of Miami Condo Realty, Inc. I would say my focus has always been to become the most innovative real estate marketing and sales company in South Florida. We employ the use of new media technologies to market properties in ways that put us far beyond our competitors. We embrace these new technologies and never become complacent in using them.

So a little about me: I come from a family of Entrepreneurs and Real Estate Investors. I’ve lived in Miami most of my life and I love this city. I enjoy every minute of living here and exploring this city. In my past life (or my past career) I was the owner of a Miami based Advertising and Marketing company. Couldn’t have guessed?
