10% when reservations are converted to contracts

15% at building top off (expected End 2013)

MyBrickell condominium has started construction. With less than 15 units remaining, time is running out to get in on this project. MyBrickell is another Related Group project and it will be located west of 500 Brickell and south of Brickell on the River South Tower. MyBrickell is a 27 story boutique building with only 192 ultramodern condominium residences. The building is inspired by modern industrial designer Karim Rashid and architecture by Arquitectonica.

MyBrickell consists of a mix of Studios, One Bedrooms, Two Bedrooms and Two Bedrooms + Den. The units range from 600 sq ft up to 1220 sq ft. The buy in MyBrickell a buyer would have to deposit:

10% immediately with reservation,
10% at contract,
20% at ground-breaking,
20% when the project is under construction,
